Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a highly effective martial art that focuses on ground-based grappling and submission attacks. It is catching the attention of many due to its frequent and practical use in the world of Mixed Martial Arts. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is viable self-defense as a smaller and weaker person can leverage  techniques against a much stronger opponent. Royce Gracie famously won UFC 1 against heavier opponents using submissions.

At Camal and Cruz, students practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in both Gi (traditional uniform) and No-Gi (rashguard) attire. Kindly refer to the class schedule to determine the class attire.
